1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Flo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of service
Flo is a personal productivity application that includes habit tracking, task management (GTD), deep focus sessions, and a guided reflection journal. Some features require a paid Pro subscription.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Flo offers a free plan and a Pro subscription available monthly or annually. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are displayed before purchase. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.
5. Free trial
Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code within Flo is the property of Juan Pablo Salgado (JotaSalgadoAnoni). You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juan Pablo Salgado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, in compliance with Law 21.719 on Personal Data Protection.
